As a privately funded school, we rely on the donations of generous people to provide affordable Christian education to the people of Fort St John and surrounding areas.

The donations we receive help us purchase necessary equipment, books and programs for our students, renovate and update our learning spaces, while keeping tuition as low as possible.

Right now we are working on funding new technology for our school.

The current computer lab is outdated and requires some jostling of wires to be functional.

Our goal in the the Spring of 2018 was $62,500 for laptops in our computer lab and tablets for our elementary students. In the Fall of 2018 our needs were reassessed and the goal was changed to $72,500 to allow for the purchase of new laptops for our teachers.

In the beginning of November we applied for and received approval for the donation of 35 laptops from the Electronic Recycling Association and Shell Canada. We are so thankful to both of these companies for their generous donations!

As a result our fundraising goal for this project has been lowered to $30,000.

This will allow for the purchase of:

  • 25 Chromebooks for our kindergarten to Grade 6 students with cases ($11,000)
  • 60 computer mice ($2100)
  • A mobile charging cart for the Chromebooks ($1500)
  • Enhanced wiring in the elementary wing ($1000)
  • Cases for teacher laptops ($500)
  • And programming, setup, and any updates we need in the lab ($13,900)
